Sorry if these sound a bit formal, but it’s our legal responsibility to have them in order to make your e-shopping experience as secure and straight forward as possible.
The following terms and conditions govern the use of this website and outline the legal responsibilities and obligations that shall exist between you and The Buggysnuggle Company Ltd (also referred hereafter as ‘we', ‘us', ‘our', ‘Buggysnuggle').

Placing an Order:
When placing an order, you undertake that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If Buggysnuggle does not have enough stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we will not charge your credit or debit card until the items are back in stock and ready to be despatched.
Once you have placed an order we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Buggysnuggle for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been despatched to you. This confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost (including VAT and P&P). You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect. If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why.
All prices listed on buggysnuggle.com are correct at the time of entering the information however we reserve the right to change prices and availability of any product at any time. All prices include sales tax.
Payment & Taxes:
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card, debit card or Buggysnuggle gift vouchers. We currently accept most credit cards. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
Special Offers and Promotions:
Unless otherwise stated, promo codes, special offers or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. If a “Free item” code is used in conjunction with a minimum spend, and the customer later returns the item purchased then the “Free” item will be invoiced and the amount will be deducted from the refund given.
Your Right to Cancel:
You may normally cancel this contract in writing within seven days of placing the order. If you do cancel the contract within this time, any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. If the products have already been despatched, you will be required to return the items as per our returns policy.
We treat all the data held with the utmost care and security. Any details you give will remain completely confidential. Buggysnuggle uses the largest industry leading card payment processor, Sage Pay so that your payment details are guaranteed secure. Only Sage Pay verify your details, no one at Buggysnuggle ever gets to see or access your card details.
