Safe and fair deliveries & returns
All items in stock will usually be despatched within 24 hours of being accepted, to arrive with UK customers on a Standard UK delivery within 4-6 working days (though it is usually much quicker). In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
Please note that the delivery times stated are approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you individually if other items are out of stock. In this case, you will only pay a single delivery charge.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
For UK deliveries there are 2 services for you to choose from:
- FREE STANDARD UK DELIVERY - First class Royal Mail and delivery within 4 to 6 days (though usually much quicker!). No signature is required.
- SPEEDY UK DELIVERY - £8.95 Guaranteed courier service, but a signature is required on delivery. It will take 1-2 working days from the day we receive your order. (Internet orders need to be placed by 12 noon for us to receive the order the same day). If you have popped out when your delivery arrives the courier will leave a card saying they've tried to deliver. There'll be a phone number for you to ring to arrange a more convenient delivery day.
Please note that our office is open Monday-Friday, therefore orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday will take slightly longer.
EUROPEAN DELIVERY - £13.95 for orders under 1.5kg in weight. If an order is over 1.5kg, we will contact you to advise of any extra delivery charge. Delivery can take 7-21 days to arrive. A signature is required. Countries included in this option are:

Returns and Exchanges:
Our ‘no problemo’ guarantee: We pride ourselves on using only the best quality fabrics and trims to produce products of superb quality and originality. We manufacture everything solely in Europe, mainly in the UK - we are proud to support British manufacturing. Most of our fabrics are designed by and exclusive to The Buggysnuggle Company and all are machine washable, easy to care for and hard wearing. Every product has undergone rigorous in-house testing by our own children, plus lots of friends and happy customers!
If you buy one of our products and it fails to make the grade, send it back to us unwashed and with the original packaging within 30 days, using the returns form enclosed and we will replace or refund it - 'no problemo'!
To return an item, follow the instructions on the back of the despatch note.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty or not as ordered, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
If the item is faulty, we will either refund the cost of the return postage or we will call you with a freepost address for the return of the goods.
When returning goods please remember:
i) include your name, address, telephone number & email address and the reason for returning the item.
ii) obtain a proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Please note - we do not refund postage charges unless the item is faulty.
It is extremely important to us that you are completely, 100% happy with your Buggysnuggle purchase as well as the service you receive from us.
We aim to make purchasing from us as easy & well informed as possible, so if you are at all confused by the various designs, fabrics and options we will use our 17 years of experience to advise you and ensure you choose the best product. If you have any questions or problems please email or call and leave a message – we are a very small company and so it’s not always possible to answer the phone – but as long as you leave a message we will call you back as soon as possible.
Most of the time orders received by 12 noon are despatched the same day (although at particularly busy times this is not always possible) and will be delivered in the time stated depending on the service requested.
Very occasionally we make picking mistakes. We totally understand how annoying this is – trust us, it’s just as annoying for us! On these occasions, we will always try to sort it out at the very minimum inconvenience (and no financial cost) to you.
The same is true with faulty products. We design our products to last and use the best fabrics & trims available. Very occasionally when a genuine fault occurs, we are happy to replace the item. We are pretty lenient when it comes to the definition of ‘genuine’ but obviously it doesn’t include boil washing our fabulous fur or a zip damaged by a stroppy toddler who has tried to kick their way out of the Buggysnuggle!
